At Heritage Building Centre, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials; if your item isn't perfectly suited for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all architectural hardware and building supplies are in their original, uninstalled condition with complete packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original protective wrapping to prevent damage to heavy or fragile building materials during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a bulky goods pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return at our center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
